Italian Art Moderne brown and gilt high glazed statue of a nude young girl on the beach.  Circa 1950.  A charming little piece in the Lenci style, but with no identifiable marks other than the numbers 4421 and ‘Italy’ in gold under the base.  This girl, with a mass of literally golden curls, is being nipped on the knee by an over affectionate crab!!!  In great condition, save for a minor repair to the tip of one little finger.
