The classic art deco/machine-age American signed Markel desk lamp in chrome, black metal and bakelite circa 1935. Yes, this is the top of the line model with the two chrome pen holders. Overall it is in excellent condition with very slight rubbing to the chrome on the shade support straps. Length of shade 12 3/4", width of shade 4", overall height 12 1/2", length of base 10", width of base 6". This is one of the great deco icons; the switch tower alone should be in the really neat deco hall of fame!
