Japanese Art Deco chrome with cream and brown tortoise shell enamel wheel and flint lighter and cigarette case combination.  Circa 1940.  This great looking lighter and case has an unique mechanism that allows you to light your cigarette while the case is still open.  There is some light wear to the enamel, but nevertheless it looks just great.
