Rare English Art Deco chrome and dark brown leather wheel and flint lift arm table lighter by Merlin.Circa 1935.This ‘Cyclops’ model was made by Merlin Products of Birmingham England.It has nice impressed banding detail to the leather and is in near mint condition overall.
