Very rare American Art Deco chrome, cut glass and heavy French enamel wheel and flint lighter and cigarette case combination by Evans.Circa 1930.This is one of the Cadillacs of the Evans Company of Attelboro, Mass. line.Wonderful heavy lacquer and a faux deco styled jewelled cartouche on the cover flap.This is a beautifully designed piece, in near mint condition.
