Japanese Art Deco chrome and polychrome enamel wheel and flint cocktail lounge advertising pocket lighter by Ritz.Circa 1945.This Japanese made for the Canadian market Zippo look alike advertises two long defunct Toronto cocktail bars – ‘The Emerald Room” and ‘The Cork Room”.The graphics for the Emerald Room are especially great, and this lighter is in good to very good condition.
